Make the sticky categories part of the horizontal filters. That way you don't have both horizontal filters as well as sticky categories (its cluttering the UI). Keep it clean and simple.
The horizontal filters should have a filter to show all filters (triggering the old default filter view). Just in case someone has no time scrolling and tapping. For example, in the horizontal filters, you could make the show the "all filters" in the beginning of the scrollable list. Then next you could add the "sort" then the rest is filters.
You will save enough space and the UI will look modern and clean.
